AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Outreachify LLP ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the www.outreachify.io website as well as any other media form, media channel, or other digital property related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

You own the content or have appropriate rights to submit it.

The content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). Disputes not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the courts of Haryana, India.
