This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all payments made by the Client (“you”) to Outreachify LLP (“Agency”) under any Service Agreement. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. General Terms
All fees, including initial setup, retainers, and monthly service charges, are non-refundable once paid, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
The Agency does not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, unused services, or cancellations initiated by the Client after payment has been processed.
In the event a refund is required by law or granted at the sole discretion of the Agency, such refund will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refunds cannot be redirected to a different card, bank account, or payment method.
Refunds, if applicable, are typically processed within 5–10 business days from the date the refund is approved.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Stripe and third-party processing fees (including, but not limited to, transaction charges, currency conversion fees, or service charges) are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be the net amount received by the Agency, excluding such fees.
No refund is given for the tech stack costs spent by the agency under any circumstances.
If a refund cannot be completed due to account closure or other payment method restrictions, the Agency will notify the Client. In such cases, no alternative method of refund will be provided unless required by law.
A refund initiated by the Agency is distinct from a chargeback initiated by the Client through their bank or card issuer.
The Client agrees to contact the Agency directly for any refund inquiries prior to initiating a dispute with their financial institution.
The Agency reserves the right to contest chargebacks and provide proof of services rendered under this Agreement.
To request a refund in circumstances permitted under this Policy, you must email support@outreachify.io with your full name, invoice number, payment date, and reason for the request.
The Agency will review your request and respond in writing within 10 business days.
